My Father’s House was born out of a longing for something quieter, truer, and more rooted than the pace most of us live by. It is not a venue in the traditional sense, but a home—set apart—where people are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember who they are.

Set on generational land in Northeast Texas, My Father’s House is being thoughtfully restored and cultivated with intention. Every path, room, and gathering place is shaped by the belief that formation happens best in beauty, simplicity, and presence. This is a place where the noise fades, conversations linger, and the soul is gently tended.

The vision is grounded in faith and hospitality. Scripture often speaks of preparing the soil before the seed is planted, and that language has become central to the heart of this place. My Father’s House exists to prepare space—internally and externally—so that growth, rest, and renewal can unfold in God’s timing.

Whether hosting intimate retreats, small gatherings, or sacred celebrations, the heart remains the same: to create an environment where people feel seen, welcomed, and at home. Tables are set not only for meals, but for connection. Gardens are planted not only for beauty, but as reminders of patience, care, and promise. Rooms are designed not for escape, but for rest.

Much of the land—and the vision—is still unfolding, and that is intentional. My Father’s House is being shaped slowly, with care and attentiveness to the journey itself.
